Divino first rode Mike’s Motive (Blake Sharp/High Voltage/Wetzel/Knott) for 87.75 points in Round 1, and then Divino rode Magic Hunter (Martinez Bucking Bulls, LLC) for 89.75 points in Round 2. In the short-go, Divino rode Ricky Vaughn (WinRock/D&H Cattle/Buck Cattle) to win the event title.

Divino jumps to second place in the PBR world standings after earning 133.5 points with the event win.

Castro rode Fire Zone (Martinez Bucking Bulls) to win Round 2 with the 90 point ride. Then, Castro rode UTZ BesTex Smokestack (Blake Sharp/Chris Utz/Carey Brothers) for 90.25.

Five riders went 3-for-3 in the Unleash the Beast event. Besides Divino and Castro, the others to cover all three of their bulls were Pacheco, Brady Fielder and Adriano Salgado.

Keyshawn Whitehorse won the first round in Houston, and covered his bull in the second round. However, Whitehorse ended up in 6th place after a no score in the short-go.

John Crimber bucked off in the short-go after covering his other two bulls. Crimber got into a wreck, and took a nasty shot. He remains No. 1 in the world standings.

Divino is now 77.5 points behind Crimber in the world standings, after Divino won the event title in Houston.
